A: We are on Medicare Part B and most popular PPO plans. For specific plan information, view the list of insurances we accept. When you call to schedule an appointment, make sure to have your insurance information handy, as the insurance plans we accept are subject to change. Q: How much does a visit cost?

A: An initial visit can cost up to $400 plus lab & testing fees.
Follow up visits range from $95-$200 plus testing.
